Mango berry overnight oats

  • ½ cup of oats
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • Handful of frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp of dairy free yogury

Overnight oats are one of the easiest healthy breakfasts if you are short on time. I like to make a few on Sunday so I have a healthy breakfast option for super busy mornings.

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds and almond milk to a glass and mix until combined.
  2. Blend the mango and yogurt until smooth.
  3. Top the oat mixture with the mango puree and frozen berries
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for the oat mixture to set.
  5. Top with a handful of berries and enjoy!
