Overnight oats are one of the easiest healthy breakfasts if you are short on time. I like to make a few on Sunday so I have a healthy breakfast option for super busy mornings.
- Add the oats, chia seeds and almond milk to a glass and mix until combined.
- Blend the mango and yogurt until smooth.
- Top the oat mixture with the mango puree and frozen berries
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for the oat mixture to set.
- Top with a handful of berries and enjoy!
