Peel and chop the pears then add them to a small baking dish with the berries. In a food processor mix the dates and coconut oil until a smooth paste. You may need to add a tsp of water to thin out the mixture.
Add the date mixture to your oats with the cinnamon and combine to create a crumble mixture.
Place the crumble mixture on top of the fruit.
Bake at 180 C for about 20-30 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and crisp.
Serve with a dollop of your favourite yogurt and enjoy!
