- 2 tbs chia seeds
- ¾ cup of almond milk
- Handful of raspberries
- 1 serving of protein powder
- Tsp of goji berries (optional)
- ½ banana
- 1 tbs crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp of flaxseeds
- Blend the almond milk, raspberries, protein powder and goji berries until smooth.
- Add to a mason jar and mix in the chia seeds.
- Refrigerate overnight or for 2 hrs minimum.
- Top with the banana, peanut butter and flaxseeds, Enjoy!
