  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup of gf oats
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup of df milk
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • Handful of berries
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Here’s my favourite pancake recipe for you, just in time for a Sunday breakfast 🥞. You can blend any berries you like into the batter, I like a combination of blueberries and raspberries for a bright purple colour.

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Cook in 1 tsp of melted coconut oil and serve with your favorite toppings. I like coconut yogurt, strawberries and a dollop of crunchy peanut butter.
